What happens after you pay, how soon, and in which areas.
DM Broadband provides internet access as a service, so there is nothing to courier. This page explains what happens after you place an order or make a payment, and by when.

Timelines assume access to the premises, a working power point, permission from the building owner where needed, and normal weather. Delays outside our control are told to you as soon as we know.
We deliver in and around Surat — including Unn, Udhana, Sachin, Bhestan, Darbar Nagar, Pandesara, Navsari Road, Limbayat, Dindoli and Godadara. FTTH plans are available within our GEPON coverage area; elsewhere we offer Air Fiber subject to line of sight.
We do not ship products by courier or post. All customer premises equipment is delivered and installed in person by our engineer within our service area, and no shipping charges are levied at any stage.

Internet services are provided under a Unified Licence (Virtual Network Operator), ISP Category B, for the Gujarat Service Area, granted by the Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, Government of India, vide licence no. DS-11/165/2024-DS-III dated 15 April 2025, valid for ten years.
All plans are billed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). GST is charged additionally at the applicable rate, and a GST invoice is issued under GSTIN 24AAJCD0392C1Z1 for every payment received.
